Qualifications:
Must be at least 18 years of age
Ability to effectively communicate with others
Ability to read and understand instructions, written estimates and work orders
Multi-tasking; adapts easily to fast-paced environment
Personable, friendly demeanor with “World Class” customer service approach to
internal and external customers
Maintain a well-groomed appearance
Must have manual dexterity to operate equipment
Must have a valid driver’s license and be eligible for coverage under the shop insurance plan.
Perform mechanical repairs to vehicles thoroughly, safely, and profitably in a manner consistent with our shop's insurance partner and industry guidelines/standards
Responsibilities:
Effectively work with other Technicians to assist with the repair process
Test drive vehicles, and test components and systems, using equipment such as computerized diagnostic devices
May repair, reline, replace and adjust brake systems and perform vehicle alignments
Test and adjust repaired systems to meet manufacturers' performance specifications.
Repair and/or replace engine components, brake systems, steering and air bag systems
Install custom lift kits and other truck parts on high-end full builds
Perform other related duties as assigned to ensure an efficient and effective repair
